im still tweaking it a bit, but if you have any ideas i'd be open to 'em cuz im not reanimating the hammer dude

It's hard to gauge how heavy the hammer is, or how strong the stick is in comparison. It might sound like a tiny nitpick, but if you can nail the weight of the weapon, it will improve the animation a lot.
